This is my original picture that I didn't burn or dodge.

For this new picture, I used the burn and dodge tools. First, I burned it in the mid tones and shadows. I darkened the fence, her sweater, her dog, her hair, and the bottom left corner. My brush sizes ranged from about 150 to 450 and I used a hardness of 0% when I burned it. The exposure was from about 60% to 100%. Next I used the dodge tool mostly on the mid tones like the tree in the background. The exposure was at about 60%. The brush size was about 170 with a hardness of 0%.
